The following email instructions are for Outlook Express. If you are using a different email client and need assistance, please call us at 715.832.7713. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Click on tools on the top menu bar, and then accounts.
An internet accounts window will appear. Select the mail tab as shown, click on the add button on the right, then select mail.
Follow the instructions. Enter your the name you would like people to see when they receive your email. Click next
Follow the instructions. Enter your email address. Click next.
Select POP3 in the top drop down box. In the first text field for incoming mail server, type: mail.yourdomain.com.
In the second text field for outgoing mail server, type: mail.yourdomain.com. Click next.
Enter the account name and password we have given to you. Make sure the box is checked to remember your password.
Click next.
You should get a congratulations message.
Click finish. |
